These terms cover your use of LotReadySheds.com, run by Lot Ready Sheds LLC (“we”). By using the site, you agree to them. A dealer who buys a website from us signs a separate service agreement, and that agreement governs the service.

We don’t sell sheds

We build and run websites for shed and portable-building dealers. We don’t sell, build, deliver or finance buildings, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell one.

The dealer directory

Find a dealer lists independent businesses that use our service. Each dealer is responsible for its own buildings, prices, stock, warranties, delivery and dealings with you. Any purchase is between you and the dealer. We don’t guarantee any dealer’s products or services, and a listing is not a recommendation for any particular purchase.

Prices and comparisons on this site

The prices on this site are for our website service and may change. What you pay is set by your service agreement. Figures for other kinds of website options are our estimates on the date shown beside them, not quotes from those providers.

Using the site

• Don’t send false information, spam or anything unlawful through our forms.
• Don’t try to get into parts of the site you aren’t meant to use, or interfere with how it runs.
• Don’t copy the site’s content, design or pictures for your own use without our permission.

Our content

The site’s words, design, logo and pictures belong to us or are used with permission. The example dealer shown in our pictures is made up.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or the dealer directory.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
