Marketplace listing helper: +$15 a month; A title and description to paste for each building, its photos to download, and a Facebook Marketplace spreadsheet for up to 50 buildings at once.
Each additional lot: +$49 a month, $250 once; Your first lot is included. Each one after it gets its own page with its address, hours, phone, directions and the buildings on it, and requests and visits for that lot go to that lot’s email.
Each 3D style past 10: $100 once; Another of your styles drawn in the 3D designer.
Extra work: $90–$100 an hour; Anything past setup and upkeep: new pages, a redesign, a big catalog change.
